    Do You Have Experience to Share?

    Get ready for the next cohort of Dreaming Out Loud's Resilient Enterprise Accelerator (DREAM) Program! This program is designed to support historically underserved food entrepreneurs to ensure they are prepared to scale their businesses up. We are looking for mentors and instructors to help our DREAM Program participants learn, grow, and stay engaged throughout the entire program.

    We’re seeking experienced business professionals, especially those with a background in food and agriculture, to help Black food entrepreneurs scale their businesses up and achieve their dreams. If you have a passion for food justice, knowledge to share, and a commitment to uplifting our communities, this is your chance to create a lasting impact.

    As a coach, you’ll guide and mentor DC-based entrepreneurs weekly, helping them master the tools to grow their food businesses sustainably. Instructors will be responsible for teaching at least one course throughout the program and may be needed to provide feedback and answer questions after your workshop wraps up.
